This is a favorite meditation of mine to bring a sense of divine protection, to promote healing, and connect to light.
It is a wonderful way to usher in sleep, so you can practice it in your bed at bedtime. The source of the meditation is from the Jewish Bedtime prayers, that invoke the Archangels for protection. I learned it online from Rabbi David Cooper, z”l.
This Archangel Meditation is great for young ones too. Children are particularly open to the idea of angelic beings, and this meditation can calm and soothe a worried child. It’s a great way to foster security and induce sleep.
I introduce the meditation in the first 3 minutes, which I recommend listening to for the first time, especially if you are unfamiliar with practicing guided meditation. If you are regular practitioner, or are listening to it again, you can start at about the 3.26 minute mark. The meditation then lasts for about 15 minutes.
I hope that it brings you comfort, strength, light and healing.
