I am passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga to support women in their beautiful life transitions and their lifelong development. My mission is to educate, illuminate and inspire women to nurture themselves through all stages of their lives.

Yoga Classes and Courses

Practicing yoga through the prism of your stage of life is an excellent way to ensure that your yoga practice is serving you. We are not the same every day and in every stage…my in-person and online courses are catered to where you are right now!

I offer customized group yoga classes, private lessons and specialized online courses for women to nurture themselves throughout their lives. Yoga functions as an excellent tool not just for physical fitness, but for amplifying mental clarity, fostering emotional strength, and nurturing self-love, care and acceptance. I am able to get the results I do by specializing in a woman’s particular stage of life and her unique needs, with individualized coaching, and by cultivating a support group with other like-minded women. Together, we can be our best possible selves, flourishing in our lives not despite our age, but because of our acknowledgement, appreciation and synthesis of these very ages and stages.

Why Nurture?

Women need to be nurtured at every age and stage. Every human being needs this. But women, as primary nurturers themselves, often get caught up in the needs of others and think that by pushing their own needs aside, they can have more time and energy for their loved ones. Unfortunately, the opposite tends to happen, and they can find themselves in an energetic downward spiral. Subsequently, this allows chronic pain, distraction and low energy to negatively impact their interactions, relationships, overall health and breeds resentment. To nurture is not to indulge; to nurture is to address needs in a loving, compassionate way.
